MZZ Setia has the ability and capability to provide color coded maps of all underground utility networks including some relevant topographical features. MZZ Setia is equipped with all the latest outdoor working equipment to produce high quality underground maps. This equipment includes various brands of cable and pipe detectors, Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), Global Positioning System (GPS), Electromagnetic Locater, Electronic Distance Measurement (EDM), FS 2 data loggers, field computers, metal locater, and so on. 
MZZ Setia Sdn Bhd is a Bumiputera-owned company that was established on 23 March 2015. MZZ Setia Sdn Bhd is a local company established to provide underground utility mapping services, Civil Structural Engineering and building construction. MZZ Setia Sdn Bhd performs sub-contract work through joint ventures with other companies namely MZZ Setia Enterprise, SH Ukur Consultant, KBI Engineering Consultant & RMY Consulting Engineer. At the same time, MZZ Setia Sdn Bhd also carried out work through contract tenders directly. MZZ Setia Enterprise is a subsidiary of MZZ Setia Sdn Bhd which was established on 18 October 2010.MZZ Setia Sdn Bhd is a company that has been registered with:a) Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) – Companies Act 1965,
